We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers, as well as socks to avoid friction burns and minimise the risk of personal injury.
Only one person per slide lane at any one time.
Ensure the person in front has cleared the bottom of the slide before descending.
When descending the slide(s) do so in a sitting position with arms crossed.
Do not stand, climb, walk or run or stop midway down on the slides.
Do not play in front of or at the bottom of the slides.
Do not climb on the netting or the play frame.
Balls must not be removed from the play areas.
Balls or other objects must not be thrown.
Shoes must be removed before using the play equipment.
Clothing with ropes cords and toggles must not be worn in the play area.
All jewellery (including ear studs) / watches, keys, keychains, coins and sharp objects including badges or the alike to be removed before entering the play area or worn at their own risk.
Clothing should not have any hard or sharp points.
Hair should be tied back.
Remove all items from your pockets.
No phones or cameras on the play equipment
No toys to be taken in the play areas.
No food, drink, sweets or chewing gum is allowed on any of the play equipment.
Do not use the play equipment if wearing any form of plaster cast.
Any damage to play equipment must be reported to a member of staff whether deliberate or accidental.
Report any accident or injury to a member of staff to be recorded in our accident/incident book.
Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment.
No running.
No wrestling, tackling or shoving.
There is no height or age restriction in the soft play as we offer all-inclusive play. However, older or bigger child must be mindful of any younger children playing.
We have taken every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, maintenance and operation of the facility. However, it is impossible to eliminate such risks completely whilst providing a stimulating environment and parents/guardians must recognise and accept this risk.

Age restrictions; only children up to 5 years of age are permitted to use this equipment.
Not suitable for children under 1 years of age.
Strictly only one person per ride at any time on the Go Go Pony and two on the Peppa Pig Ride, Paw Patrol ride and Bluey Ride.
Do not attempt to mount or dismount when ride is in motion.
Before inserting coin make sure all riders are securely seated.
Please do not climb on top of the rides.
Riders must remain seated at all times.
Shoes must be worn at all times.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
