What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week from Monday to Sunday!

WEEKDAYS TERM TIME
We are open 10:00am – 6:00pm.

WEEKENDS & SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
We open 10:00am – 1:15pm or 1:30pm – 17.30pm.

Yes, we don’t take walk-ins so please ensure you book prior to your visit. You can book online here.

During the term time week days, we do take walk ins however we do recommend checking our booking system to ensure we have availability.

To maintain cleanliness and safety (allergies), we kindly ask that you do not bring your own food or drink into the centre. We have a café on-site with a range of child-friendly and allergy-conscious options available.

We understand that plans can change. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

Yes, you can still come, but your play session will finish at the scheduled time so that we can stay on track for the next session. We encourage arriving a few minutes early to enjoy your full session.

No, all children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during their visit. Our soft play is not a drop-off facility.

Yes, if you’ve booked a birthday party package with us, you’re welcome to bring a cake. For regular play sessions, cakes are allowed but to enable us to maintain safety and allergy standards we ask that you cut the cake and take it home to eat, rather than eating here.

Yes, but as parents ourselves, we only charge £2.50 per adult and we also allow one free adult for all under 4s in the inflatable park during weekdays during term-time. Please check our booking page for up-to-date pricing.

Play Area / Facilities

What age group is the soft play centre suitable for?

Our soft play centre is designed for the whole family, however, we have different play areas that cater to various age groups, so children of all ages can enjoy a fun and safe experience!

No, however, our soft play area is divided into sections based on age. Children over 5 are not permitted in the toddler area. The main area of our soft play is designed for ALL ages, including adults and we encourage adults to join in and supervise their child’s play.

We encourage family play, but we recommend that children play in areas suited to their age and ability. Younger children are welcome to join older siblings in the main play area, provided they are supervised at all times.

We promote kindness and respect. Any behaviour that puts others at risk, such as aggression, bullying, or refusal to follow safety rules, may result in being asked to leave. This applies to both children and adults.

There are soft padding and safety mats around high-risk areas, and we adhere to strict health and safety regulations to ensure your child’s play is fun and safe.

Yes! Our team ensures that all play equipment is cleaned and sanitised multiple times each day. We take extra care to disinfect toys, surfaces, and play areas that are regularly touched by children.

Yes, socks are required for safety and hygiene reasons. They help reduce the risk of slipping and maintain a clean environment for everyone. Please ensure your child wears socks while playing.

Yes, we have dedicated spaces designed specifically for babies and toddlers, with soft, padded surfaces and age-appropriate toys. We also ensure that these areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards for your little ones’ safety.

Yes, we have trained staff members who monitor the play areas to ensure safety and assist with any concerns. However, children must always be supervised by an adult at all times while in the play centre.
