We take food safety seriously. We comply fully with Natasha’s Law, ensuring all food is clearly labelled with allergen information. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance so we can accommodate you appropriately and safely.
Yes, your party host will assist you on arrival with this and will let you know the time your room will be available to decorate ahead of the children going into the room.
Yes, we have lots of parking available in our car park for your guests, we also have disabled bays immediately outside for any guests who may have a blue badge.
All of our parties are non refundable, however it is free to reschedule your party with more than 4 weeks notice, there is a charge of £50 for rescheduling with less than 4 weeks notice and £75 for less than one weeks notice.
Miniumum number of children for all parties is 12 (except the toddler room hire which is 15). Maximum bookable online is 26 however we can accommodate more than this if you contact us directly and there is availability.
