TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For your safety The Imagination Street Ltd have the following Terms and Conditions that must be observed at all times, please ensure that all adults in your group are aware of the these.
1. We do not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children on the premises – Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
2. Parent/ Guardian/ Responsible adult must remain within the building at all times, children cannot be left unaccompanied on the premises
3. Parents & Guardians are responsible for the behaviour of children in their care
4. Parents & Guardians are responsible for assessing the suitability of the equipment provided for children in their care and the ability of those children to use it, as well as explaining this to the children
5. We have a zero violence policy
6. The toddler area is for children up to 5 years of age only
7. Adults are not permitted to play on the equipment, they are permitted onto the play equipment for the sole purpose of accompanying and supervising children in their care only
8. No food or drinks can be consumed at the centre, unless purchased on the premises. However, it is permitted to bring food and drink for babies under 1 and children with special dietary requirements.
9. Strictly no smoking on the premises. Customers can only exit the building to smoke if their children are still supervised in the centre. Please use the smoking areas provided.
10. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to confiscate and persons deemed to be under the influence will be asked to leave the premises.
11. Parents/guardians must always accompany children to the toilets
12. Shoes must be worn when visiting the toilets
13. Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
14. Abusive /aggressive or any type of sexual harassment towards staff, management or other members of the public from either children or adults will not be tolerated under any circumstances – management reserve the right to enforce total bans.
15. We cannot accept any responsibility for members of the public’s personal belongings – parents/guardians and children should also remove any valuables before entering the equipment.
SOFT PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers, as well as socks to avoid friction burns and minimise the risk of personal injury
2. Only one person per slide lane at any one time
3. Ensure the person in front has cleared the bottom of the slide before descending
4. When descending the slide(s) do so in a sitting position with arms crossed
5. Do not stand, climb, walk or run or stop midway down on the slides
6. Do not play in front of or at the bottom of the slides
7. Do not climb on the netting or the play frame
8. Balls must not be removed from the play areas
9. Balls or other objects must not be thrown
10. Shoes must be removed before using the play equipment
11. Clothing with ropes cords and toggles must not be worn in the play area
12. All jewellery (including ear studs) / watches, keys, keychains, coins and sharp objects including badges or the alike to be removed before entering the play area or worn at their own risk
13. Clothing should not have any hard or sharp points
14. Hair should be tied back
15. Remove all items from your pockets
16. No phones or cameras on the play equipment
17. No toys to be taken in the play areas
18. No food, drink, sweets or chewing gum is allowed on any of the play equipment
19. Do not use the play equipment if wearing any form of plaster cast
20. Any damage to play equipment must be reported to a member of staff whether deliberate or accidental
21. Report any accident or injury to a member of staff to be recorded in our accident/incident book
22. Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment
23. No running
24. No wrestling, tackling or shoving
25. There is no height or age restriction in the soft play as we offer all-inclusive play. However, older or bigger child must be mindful of any younger children playing.
26. We have taken every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, maintenance and operation of the facility. However, it is impossible to eliminate such risks completely whilst providing a stimulating environment and parents/guardians must recognise and accept this risk
Baby Area & Toddler Area

2. Only children up to 5 years of age are permitted to play on this equipment
Coin Operated Kiddie Rides
1. Age restrictions; only children up to 5 years of age are permitted to use this equipment
2. Not suitable for children under 1 years of age
3. Strictly only one person per ride at any time on the Go Go Pony and two on the Peppa Pig Ride, Paw Patrol ride and Bluey Ride
4. Do not attempt to mount or dismount when ride is in motion
5. Before inserting coin make sure all riders are securely seated
6. Please do not climb on top of the rides
7. Riders must remain seated at all times
8. Shoes must be worn at all times
9. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times
10. If you need assistance, please ask a member of staff
Accepting the terms and conditions
When making a booking with The Imagination Street Ltd you are required to register to an account and enter you details as well as the full names of all children in your care, who are using the facilities for that booking. You will not be able to book a session or party without having done so. By accepting the Terms and Conditions and attaching their details to your booking, you are taking responsibility for the children in your care on that booking.
We operate a system of assisted evacuation for visitors with disabilities. Please tell a member of staff your requirements.
Information
It is a pre-requisite of our insurance company that all the users have read and understood the safety information prior to using the facility. This information is stored on a secure server and is not used for any other purpose.
We will soon have a new mailing list that all users will need to acknowledge their membership of and that they understand that their information will be used for the purposes of sending out specific information from The Imagination Street Ltd. We will not pass on this information to any third party company. Please see our Privacy Policy for further information on this.

Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable, If you are unable to attend your booked session, we can re-schedule this for you free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.
