Frequently ask Inflatable questions:
Why do i need to sign a Risk Acknowledgement Waiver form?
It is a pre-requisite of our insurance company that all customers wishing to use the Inflatables must have a waiver confirming that they have read and understood the safety information prior to using the facility. This document will outline the risks involved in using our inflatable park and must be complete before your arrival. You can do this here
Do I need to buy bounce socks?
NO! You'll be pleased to know that our Inflatable Park is a NO-GRIP SOCK ZONE. However, please be sure to bring along standard socks as you won't be able to participate in bare feet.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit! Although all under 4’s must be accompanied by an adult on the activity* and all children must be confidently walking and able to use all equipment independently, you cannot have them in your arms or on your lap while using the activities.
(*charges may apply, see individual sessions for details)
Is there a weight limit?
The maximum permitted weight for participation in the Activities is 125 kg / 19 stone
What happens if I'm late for my session?
Please ensure you are here at least 20 minutes before your selected bounce time to check in and watch the safety brief. Anybody arriving after the start of the safety brief will miss some of their bounce time and may have their session cancelled.
What if I need a carer?
We aim to have regular SEND sessions on our Inflatables where we will work on a reduced capacity and carers will be included in the entry ticket.
Unfortunately, due to capacity reasons this is only possible on a designated SEND session.
What do I wear?
Make sure you're wearing comfortable, long sports clothing to avoid risk of friction burns. Please remove all sharp objects from your pockets, such as belts, buckles and jewellery. No jeans on the inflatables, as this damages the surfaces of the inflatable. Standard socks no grip socks.
What happens if I'm not bouncing with my child?
We have plenty of seating outside the main facility for spectators to relax and enjoy refreshments. In this area we also have large screens with live footage of the inflatables. If you don't wish to bounce you can purchase a spectators ticket when booking.
