There is a minimum of 12 and maximum of 25 children per party. Higher numbers are subject to availability

All parties require a non-refundable payment of the first 12 children upon booking

Parties booked from 1st March 2024 onwards now have the first 12 adults included within the minimum!! A charge still applies for any additional adults over the minimum and unfortunately this does not apply for parties booked before the 31st March.
- Please contact us no later than the Wednesday before your party to confirm numbers. Any changes after this cannot be guaranteed.
Our Soft Play party includes:
- Over an hour playing in the biggest play area for miles! (Not exclusive use) with a reserved area for your guests
- Before moving upstairs for a fantastic feast in a private air-conditioned party room with free jugs of juice throughout, and a party host to look after you.
- Great quality party bag (including an activity book, a choice of toys, balloon and sweets)
- A 15 minute Disco, best party songs ever and maybe even a best dancer competition!
Party length is approximately 2 hours.
A delicious hot and cold platter per guest including; chips, chicken nuggets, margherita pizza, a cheese and jam sandwich, crisps, salad & fruit pieces, bread sticks, raisins and a dessert.
Numbers for the party are between 12 – 25 children. We have a large range of food alternatives so please make us aware of any dietary requirements prior to the party.
Natasha’s Law
The UK Food Information Amendment, which is also known as Natasha’s Law, came into effect from 1st October 2021. This law was introduced to protect allergy sufferers and requires any foods pre-packed for direct sale to be labelled with:
- Food name (may be descriptive, protected, or customary but must not mislead)
- Full ingredients in descending order of weight (at time of production)
- Allergens highlighted within the ingredient list (usually in bold)

There is a charge if we need to reschedule your party with less than 4 weeks notice.

We require final numbers no later than the Wednesday before your party. Unfortunately, any changes after that cannot be accommodated.

Please inform us if you require a downstairs party room with wheelchair access
Rules and Responsibilities

- Please inform Imagination Street staff of any food allergies or intolerances within your party prior to the day to allow us to provide a substitute.
- Natasha’s Law – as shown in the details above.
- With this in mind, no alternative food is permitted on the premises, except for the birthday cake.
- Siblings who are not included in party numbers will be charged at normal entrance price. This price does NOT include entry into party room for food, party bags or disco
- We reserve the right to change the content of any booking or party package without prior notice
- Once your party has come to an end, this will conclude your experience, please ensure you take all of your personal possessions with you unfortunately access to the facilities is not permitted after this.
