RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & WAIVER

To complete a Waiver you MUST CREATE AN ACCOUNT, READ AND ACCEPT the Risk Acknowledgement and Waiver.

As the parent or responsible adult over the age of 18 you need to ‘sign up’ below, complete the contact details for yourself, then read and accept the terms and conditions, they stipulate the conditions associated with using the Trampolines and are a requirement of use. When booking your session, you are required to add the full names and dates of birth for all of the children in your care using the facilities for that booking. With COMBO or Trampoline parties the birthday parent or responsible adult will be required to add all guest’s full names and dates of birth to the booking. We can then take details of all other parents/responsible adults to refer back to if needed You will not be able to book a session or party without having done so, once completed your waiver will last on the system for one year. By accepting the Risk Acknowledgment and attaching their details to your booking, you are taking responsibility for the children in your care on that booking.

Please Note:

For Trampoline Parties please use Trampoline Entrance. All other sessions/parties please arrive through the main Soft Play entrance.

All jumpers must arrive at least 20 minutes before the chosen jump time, this allows time to check in and watch the Safety Briefing video.

Due to insurance purposes only Imagination Street jump socks can be worn while jumping.

GDPR REGULATIONS

In line with the GDPR regulations that came into effect on May 25th 2018 Imagination Street would like to clarify our policy regarding the usage of your data.

Waiver Information –

It is a pre-requisite of our insurance company that all customers wishing to use the Trampoline Park at Imagination Street must fill out a waiver confirming that all the users have read and understood the safety information prior to using the facility. This information is stored on a secure server and is not used for any other purpose.
