Book your Trampoline or Combo Party at Imagination Street
Important things you need to know:
- ALL TRAMPOLINE & COMBO parties must arrive via Trampoline Entrance.
- ALL guests MUST complete a waiver BEFORE ARRIVAL – please ensure all of your guests visit imaginationstreet.co.uk/waiver with your ‘PARTY ID’ (found at the bottom of your email confirmation) prior to your party.
- ALL guests need to arrive at least 20 minutes before the bounce time to ensure the full bounce is enjoyed. Any late arrivals will miss out on jump time.
- Children must watch, in FULL, a important 5 minute briefing video prior to each trampoline session.
- At the end of the trampoline session there is a great hot and cold buffet for all guests in a dedicated party room.
- All guests receive a free pair of Imagination Street bounce socks.
- If you or your guests have any medical conditions and/or disabilities that may effect your/their ability to follow the safety brief please call us prior to your visit on 01527 892243
Addition to numbers of guests
If you wish to add any additional guests once your party is booked, we must letting us know as soon as possible to ensure that we still have space in the park. Final numbers must be confirmed and paid for at least 48 hours before your party.
We cannot guarantee extra spaces will always be available on the day of your party!
Trampoline and COMBO Parties are available for children of all ages!!
Please Note: there are limitations of usage of the park for children under the age of 5 years old (air bag)
Reduction of numbers of your party
Providing you are over the minimum of 10 children, you can reduce the number of people coming to your party up to 48 hours before the date, and receive a full refund for those you are removing. Any reductions after the 48 hours will not be accepted (therefore refunds given for non-attendance).
All Trampoline and COMBO parties have a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 32.
We require a non-refundable payment for the first 10 children (£165.00) at point of booking.
